Gov. Jim Doyle. said he won't be recognizing the made-up (sic) holiday after Michael Richards, aka Kramer, unleashed a string of racial slurs at black patrons during a recent comedy club appearance.
He claims to be a "Seinfeld" fanatic, but if he were he'd know that Festivus is a perfecrt time to address Richard's rant ... the airing of grievances.
